Performance Measurement

Mapletree challenged itself to achieve six growth targets by tapping on its strengths as a real estate developer, investor and capital manager. In the past few years, the Group has achieved significant scale, strong earnings and high returns in the process.

To continue to create value and deliver returns, Mapletree established its third set of targets to be achieved in five years, starting from FY19/20. These performance indicators focus the Group on maintaining a disciplined approach in executing the business strategy – as they balance the importance of strong earnings and sustained returns as Mapletree scales from a Singapore-based business to one with a global presence.
