Leep\u00a0was\u00a0previously\u00a0leasing space\u00a0from\u00a0a\u00a0serviced office provider\u00a0at\u00a0Green Park,\u00a0before\u00a0signing this new lease with\u00a0Mapletree\u00a0directly\u00a0to\u00a0expand its onsite presence and\u00a0support its\u00a0growth\u00a0plans for 2026 and beyond.

As one of\u00a0Green Park\u2019s largest multi-let buildings,\u00a0100 Brook Drive is\u00a0home too a vibrant community of fast-growth\u00a0tech and professional occupiers.\u00a0Leep\u2019s\u00a0new\u00a0space has been configured to meet the specific\u00a0needs of its team and provides the flexibility to bring together office-based colleagues and field-based teams for meetings and training, while creating an environment designed to attract and\u00a0retain\u00a0the best talent.\u00a0
