Singapore<\/strong> \u2013 Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd (\u201cMapletree\u201d) has successfully completed Mapletree Business City Phase II (MBC II). This is the final phase of the master plan for rejuvenation of the 13.5-hectare Alexandra Precinct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set in lush greenery, MBC II features Singapore\u2019s tallest high-rise business park building at 30 storeys which cascades into three lower blocks with landscaped roof terraces. The four blocks offer over 1.1 million square feet (sq ft) of premium net lettable space with Grade-A office specifications. Special features that push the boundaries of premium business park design include the signature curves on its fa\u00e7ade, a cutting edge mezzanine floor block offering over 7.7m luxurious clear floor-to-ceiling height and connectible floors of up to 110,000 sfsq ft across the four blocks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A food park with a variety of F&B options, ranging from Korean to Mexican food, help cater to the palates of the over 30 nationalities in the MBC business community. The lush landscaping and open amphitheatre provides a welcoming environment as well as a refreshing experience and a campus-like feel for MBC tenants and their visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complement existing amenities in the promotion of wellness and a healthy lifestyle, new sports and fitness facilities include basketball and futsal courts, yoga garden, jogging paths and fitness stations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

MBC II has also been accorded prestigious sustainability awards, Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Award and Precertification for LEED for Core and Shell Development Gold Level for its environmentally sustainable design and development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
