(\u4e30\u6811\u5546\u4e1a\u4fe1\u6258\u7ba1\u7406\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8) (\u201cMCTM\u201d) has lodged a preliminary prospectus for Mapletree Commercial Trust (\u4e30\u6811\u5546\u4e1a\u4fe1\u6258) (&#8220;MCT&#8221;) today. MCT, which is managed by MCTM, is a real estate investment trust with its initial public offering portfolio consisting of (a) VivoCity, which is Singapore&#8217;s largest mall, (b) Bank of America Merrill Lynch HarbourFront, a premium office building in the HarbourFront Precinct and (c) PSA Building, the tallest building in the Alexandra Precinct.
