{"id":3787,"date":"2011-06-28T04:09:00","date_gmt":"2011-06-28T04:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"urn:uuid:639b7bec-f8de-47b6-a5d2-4721688d1bbf"},"modified":"2025-02-06T06:16:36","modified_gmt":"2025-02-06T06:16:36","slug":"mapletree-appointed-to-oversee-the-marketing-and-development-of-marina-south-land-parcels","status":"publish","type":"newsroom","link":"https:\/\/www.mapletree.com.sg\/jp\/newsroom\/mapletree-appointed-to-oversee-the-marketing-and-development-of-marina-south-land-parcels\/","title":{"rendered":"Mapletree Appointed to Oversee the Marketing and Development of Marina South Land Parcels"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>Singapore<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 In relation to yesterday\u2019s joint statement by Khazanah Nasional Berhad (\u201cKhazanah\u201d) and Temasek Holdings (Private Limited) on the establishment of M+S Pte Ltd and Pulau Indah Ventures Sdn Bhd, Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is pleased to announce that it has been appointed, together with Khazanah\u2019s subsidiary UEM Land Holdings Berhad, to oversee the marketing and development of four parcels of land at Marina South.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The planned mixed-use development on the 2.62-hectare white site at Marina South will comprise two office towers with ancillary retail and two blocks of residential towers with a combined Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 341,000 sqm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located on adjoining sites behind the Marina Bay Financial Centre in the new financial and business cluster of Downtown Marina Bay, the development will be positioned between the proposed linear park and a major public open space above the Marina Bay MRT Station. Its proximity to the Marina Bay and future Downtown MRT Stations will ensure that it is well served and easily accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The construction of the development is expected to commence in June 2012 with completion estimated in mid-2016.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":189,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_trash_the_other_posts":false,"ep_exclude_from_search":false,"editor_notices":[]},"tags":[652,114],"newsroom-category":[112],"csr-category":[],"class_list":["post-3787","newsroom","type-newsroom","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tag-652","tag-news"],"pp_statuses_selecting_workflow":false,"pp_workflow_action":"current","pp_status_selection":"publish","acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.0 -
