Katimansah as Director, Financial Products of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the Director for Financial Products, Mr Katimansah, 33, who joined Mapletree on 1 July 2004, will be responsible for developing and growing the financial products business for the company. This includes a Financial Products Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining Mapletree, Mr Katimansah was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers Inc., where he was directly involved in originating, analyzing, and executing principal investments in commercial properties and non-performing mortgage loans in Non-Japan Asia. He was also involved in the origination, due diligence, cash flow modeling, and product placement for mortgage backed securities transactions in Non-Japan Asia. He joined Lehman Brothers in 2001 and worked primarily in Lehman Brothers\u2019 Singapore office during his three and a half years\u2019 tenure with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr Katimansah comes with eight years experience in real estate principal investments and structured finance. Before joining Lehman Brothers, he was an Assistant Vice President in CGA Investment Management Inc. \u2013 a structured finance hedge fund based in New York \u2013 where he traded high yield CMBS bonds, senior unsecured REIT debt, and mezzanine mortgage loans from 1999 to 2001. From 1997 to 1999, he was an Associate in Capital Trust Inc. \u2013 a Sam Zell-led real estate merchant bank in New York \u2013 where he worked on mezzanine mortgage loans.
