Mapletree has successfully secured a residential development parcel via an open land tender in Dec 2020, the plot is well located in Xinwu District, Wuxi City, the center of Yangtze river delta, and well-integrated with the Shanghai metropolitan area, with easy accessibility. The gross floor area of the project is nearly 170,000 square meters, and it is planned to build 1,438 high-quality residential apartments.
