Located at the Pazhou area which is designated by the Guangzhou Government as the artificial intelligence and digital economy pilot zone with HQ projects by Alibaba, Tencent, Xiaomi etc., it has a GFA of about 110,000 sqm and can be directly accessed by multiple metro lines. The building targets e-commerce, telecommunications (TMT) and business services companies.
