In a signal of confidence in Perimeter Park\u2019s thriving environment, Mercalis has committed to their future there by extending their corporate headquarters\u2019 lease at 2250 Perimeter Park Drive through to the third quarter of 2033. Mercalis has been a cornerstone tenant at Perimeter Park since 2015, occupying 78,588 square foot of space across all three floors of the three-story, Class A office building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Park continues to evolve through enhancements and expansions that include Food Truck Tuesdays, year-round tenant engagement events, the addition of a modern fitness center with locker rooms and showers (second within the Park), a Wi-Fi-equipped caf\u00e9 & lounge for tenants, an expansive conference center facility, and a large pocket park that includes bocce and a putting green.
