Mapletree’s real estate capital management business focuses on the management of public-listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private real estate funds. The Group offers a broad range of real estate investment products to meet the varying investing needs and risk profiles of both institutional and retail investors. Presently Mapletree manages four Singapore-listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) and six private real estate funds. As at 31 March 2016, the Group has a S$34.7 billion portfolio of real estate assets, with 66% or S$23.0 billion being third-party assets.
