Calcott Ten is a student accommodation asset in Coventry, the UK. It is located next to Coventry University and a short walk from Coventry city centre. It is bounded by Far Gosford Street to the north, Vecqueray Street to the east, Gulson Road to the south and the River Sherbourne to the west. The property comprises nine blocks of student accommodation units, and car parking areas. The development was largely constructed in 2007 when six blocks were built in addition to the alterations of an original 1896 property (formerly a cycle and motorcycle works). Subsequently, two additional blocks were developed in 2014. The development provides a total number of 739 bedrooms, three of which are a show flat.
