The redevelopment project of a Flatted Factory cluster into a purpose-built facility for HP was completed in June 2017. It comprises a 11-storey Hi-Tech Building and a 8-storey Hi-Tech Building with a total gross floor area of over 824,576 square feet. The development includes facilities for manufacturing, product and software development, customer service and an office. It was awarded the Green Mark Platinum Award by the Building and Construction Authority.
