165 Kallang Way

165 Kallang Way is a purpose-built development for Biotronik, a
global medical device company headquartered in Germany. The
seven-storey development serves as the company's new central hub in
Asia Pacific, which includes facilities for manufacturing as well as
research and development. The development has a gross floor area
(“GFA”) of approximately 211,000 square feet (“sq
ft”), which was completed in November 2022.

1 & 1A Depot Close
|
1 & 1A Depot Close is used by HP, a multinational information
technology company, as its Asia-Pacific and Japan headquarters,
which includes facilities for manufacturing, product and software
development, customer service and an office. The purpose-built
development comprises a 11-storey Hi-Tech Building and an
eight-storey Hi-Tech Building with an approximate GFA of 824,500 sq
ft. The development was completed in June 2017 and was awarded the
BCA Green Mark Platinum.

K&S Corporate Headquarters
|
K&S Corporate Headquarters is a purpose-built global
headquarters at Serangoon North for Kulicke & Soffa (K&S), a
global leader in the design and manufacture of semi-conductor and
LED assembly equipment. The five-storey Hi-Tech Building is used for
production, research and development as well as a corporate office,
which has a GFA of approximately 332,200 sq ft. K&S occupied 69%
of the NLA on a long-term lease while the remaining space has been
configured to be leased to multiple parties. K&S Corporate
Headquarters was completed in October 2013 and was awarded the BCA
Green Mark Gold.

Build-to-Suit Data Centres
Mapletree Sunview 1
|
Mapletree Sunview 1 is a six-storey build-to-suit data centre with
a GFA of about 242,000 sq ft. It is located in
a specialised industrial park for data centres with ready-built
infrastructure catered to support multinational companies in the
West Region of Singapore. The purpose-built data centre was designed
and developed to meet the requirements of an established data centre
operator which was completed in July 2018.

26A Ayer Rajah Crescent
|
26A Ayer Rajah Crescent is a seven-storey build-to-suit data centre
for Equinix. It is located in
one-north, a 200-hectare development designed to host a cluster of
world-class research facilities and business park space to support
growth in the biomedical sciences, infocomm technology, media,
physical sciences and engineering industries. 26A Ayer Rajah
Crescent was completed in January 2015 and was awarded the BCA Green
Mark Platinum.
