Mapletree Recognised Among China’s Top Logistics Asset Operators for 2026

Consecutively ranked among the “Top 10 Most Influential Logistics Asset Investment and Operation Companies in China 2026” by Guandian

SHANGHAI, CHINA – Mapletree has once again been recognised among the “Top 10 Most Influential Logistics Asset Investment and Operation Companies in China 2026”, ranking sixth for the second consecutive year in the latest industry rankings released by Guandian at the 2026 Boao Real Estate Forum. The recognition was featured in Guandian’s report, Logistics Parks and Infrastructure: Deepening Value Creation.

The accolade reflects Mapletree’s long-term commitment to developing and operating high-quality logistics facilities in China. Over more than 20 years in the market, Mapletree has developed and operates more than 130 logistics parks across mainland China, with over 10 million square metres (sqm) of completed logistics space located in key gateway cities, transportation hubs and major consumption centres. The portfolio continues to maintain stable occupancy levels, supported by a diversified tenant base.

Mapletree’s strong operating track record is further reflected in tenants expanding within its portfolio, selecting its assets as they enter new markets, or continuing long-term partnerships with the Group.

In addition, Mapletree was named among the “Top 10 Most Influential Logistics Asset Growth Companies in China 2026” in Guandian’s report.

Logistics remains Mapletree’s largest asset class and a key growth driver for the Group. As at 31 March 2026, the logistics portfolio accounted for approximately 43% of Mapletree’s assets under management, representing S$32.4 billion. Across 11 markets globally, Mapletree manages 22.8 million sqm of logistics space and will continue to strengthen its global logistics platform through an accelerated development strategy.

Mapletree also continues to unlock value through its capital recycling strategy. This includes the launch of Mapletree China Logistics Investment Private Fund (MCLIP) in 2022 and the successful establishment of its first China logistics RMB core fund this year, Mapletree China Logistics RMB Fund. These initiatives underscore Mapletree’s commitment to enhancing asset value and delivering sustainable returns for investors.
