THE NETHERLANDS, EUROPE – Mapletree Investments (“Mapletree” or “the Group”) has secured a long-term lease with a leading Dutch online grocery company for the entire Oosterhout DC1, its 30,341-square-metre (sqm) logistics facility in Oosterhout, the Netherlands. The tenant will utilise the facility as a fulfilment centre to support its nationwide online grocery distribution network across the Netherlands.

Completed in February 2026, Oosterhout DC1 provides 30,341 sqm of modern logistics space, with a clear height of 12.2 metres and 28 loading docks. The facility has been designed to support efficient, large-scale logistics and fulfilment operations.
Located in the heart of the Arnhem-Nijmegen metropolitan area, Oosterhout DC1 benefits from strong connectivity to the A15, A50 and A73 motorways, providing efficient access to the Port of Rotterdam, the Ruhr region and key distribution markets in the Netherlands and neighbouring countries.
Oosterhout DC1 has achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification and features a gas-free energy supply and rooftop solar panels. Mapletree worked with Bluepeak Energy to assess the site’s energy infrastructure and available grid capacity, ensuring the facility is well-equipped to support the tenant’s operational requirements.
TLF Real Estate and JLL represented Mapletree in the transaction, while De Mik Real Estate Partners represented the tenant.
As at 31 March 2026, Mapletree’s European logistics portfolio comprised 80 warehouse buildings totalling around 2.1 million sqm of net lettable area. Besides logistics, Mapletree owns and manages office, mixed-use and student housing properties in Europe and the UK, valued at ~S$7.6 billion.
